The Glacier Project

Columbia Falls, Montana

Short-Term Rental Transformation

A full-property transformation designed around the way guests actually experience a home—from the first impression to the smallest functional details.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A beautiful setting.
A property with more potential.

The home already had what couldn’t be manufactured—a location near Glacier National Park, golf course views, and space for guests to gather. What it needed was a more thoughtful experience from the moment guests arrived.

The goal wasn’t simply to renovate the house. It was to make intentional decisions about where to invest, what to improve, and how each space could better serve the guest experience.

Living room with large windows, brown leather couches, a wooden coffee table, a TV on a wooden stand, framed artwork, and decorative plates displayed on a high shelf.

THE BEFORE

The potential was always there.

Kitchen with wooden cabinets, black appliances including microwave and oven, stainless steel trash can, dishwasher, and sink, with tan walls and hardwood floors.
Bathroom with a large mirror, double sink vanity, corner bathtub with blue tile, and reflection of windows and a shower stall.

THE TRANSFORMATION
Thoughtful changes, made with purpose

Living room with large window showing a green outdoor landscape and blue sky, featuring a dark brown leather sofa, a beige armchair, two woven ottomans, a standing lamp, and a wall-mounted TV with black shelves.

The property was reimagined from the inside out—from finishes, fixtures and furnishings to the small functional details that shape a guest’s stay.

Every decision had a reason behind it: where to invest, where to simplify, what would photograph beautifully, and what would make the home work better for the people staying there.

DESIGNED AROUND THE GUEST

Beauty was only part of the equation.

A modern kitchen with green cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, white countertops, light wood flooring, and large windows showing trees and blue sky outside.

DESIGN WITH PURPOSE

Materials, finishes, and furnishings were chosen to balance visual impact with the realities of a short-term rental—durability, function, maintenance, and the way a space photographs.

Modern bathroom with double vanity, large mirror, black fixtures, a freestanding bathtub, and decorative plants, illuminated by modern light fixtures.

THE RESULT

A property designed to stand out—and perform.

The transformation created more than a beautiful place to stay. It created a property with a clear identity, a more thoughtful guest experience, and a stronger presence in a competitive short-term rental market.
