IT STARTED WITH A PROPERTY OF OUR OWN

A hands-on approach from the very beginning.

Considered House Collective grew from firsthand experience transforming our own short-term rental near Glacier National Park.

What began as a renovation became something much more involved—from rethinking how the home functioned and felt to selecting every finish, fixture and furnishing, coordinating sourcing and deliveries, and considering the details that shape a guest’s experience.

That process reinforced something we already believed: creating a better property isn’t always about doing more. It’s about knowing what will make the greatest difference.

Today, we bring that same thoughtful, practical approach to every property we work with.

Design with intention.

Strategy with purpose.

Considered House Collective was created around a simple idea: the best properties aren’t necessarily the ones that spend the most. They’re the ones that make the right choices.

We look at a property as a whole—how it feels, how it functions, and for short-term rentals, how it performs. Sometimes that means a larger transformation. Often, it means identifying a handful of thoughtful changes that make everything work better.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Michelle.

Considered House Collective grew out of something I was already doing—looking at a property and immediately seeing what it could be.

I’m drawn to the details that change how a space feels, but I’m equally interested in how it functions. Especially in a short-term rental, beautiful isn’t enough. Every decision has to make sense for the property, the guest and the investment.

After transforming our own property near Glacier National Park, I realized how much I loved the entire process—from seeing the potential and developing the vision to sourcing, problem-solving and bringing all of the pieces together.

Considered House Collective is the natural extension of that work: helping other property owners figure out what will make the greatest difference—and then bringing it to life.
